MONGOLIA

Join us for 19 days and 18 nights as we embark on a slow-travel adventure to exquisite Mongolia. We’ll immerse ourselves in local nomadic culture and customs, learn about ancient Buddhist yogic practices and meditation, explore sacred sites, discover the remote and pristine nature of Western Mongolia on day-hikes, and dive deep within both in coaching circles and throughout our journey.

Dates: June 30 — July 18, 2023

ITINERARY

Day 1: Welcome to Mongolia, discovering local customs and cultures in Ulaanbaatar.
Day 2: Hit the road toward Ancient Mongol Capitol, Kharkhorin, and Erdene Zuu Monastery
Day 3-6: Meditation, Yoga, Coaching, Hiking, and Horseback Riding in The Yak Valley
Day 7-8: Discover Western Gobi and The Great Mongol Sands National Park
Day 9-11: Hiking and camping near Mount Kharkhiraa in the sacred and mystical Altai Mountains
Day 12-14: Yoga, meditation, coaching, and hiking near Ikh Khairkhan with its 108 sacred caves
Day 15: Return to Yak Valley; coaching, meditation
Day 16: Full day of driving, and a brief and revitalizing return to Kharkhorin for one last visit
Day 17: Visit one of Mongolia’s oldest monasteries, Tuvkhun Monastery, and the Khangai Mountain Range
Day 18: Return to Ulaanbaatar, with a brief pitstop at a local cashmere producer to pick up souvenirs
Day 19: Airport transfer

INVESTMENT

Existing and Former Students: 7.500€
New Students: 9.000€ (includes extraordinary coaching sessions to establish rapport prior to departure).

Investment includes six 90-minute group coaching calls via zoom both prior to and after our adventure (3/3), all expenses from start to finish, including airport transfers, all meals, all lodging, donations to sacred sites, and gifts and gratuities to our local hosts along the way. Investment does not include your personal gear and kit, extra snacks, souvenirs, and your air travel to and from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Because of the intimate and intensive nature of this experience, an interview is required to determine participation. This trip is designed for advanced practitioners; priority will be given to former and existing students, those who are maturing in their spiritual and emotional development, and who have extensive travel experience.
